1. Policy Overview
At Rablik Private Limited (operating as ChatlixAI), we strive to provide the best possible WhatsApp automation services. We offer a generous 30-day free trial with unlimited features so that you can fully evaluate our platform before making a purchase.
Because of this "Try Before You Buy" approach, our Refund Policy is structured to reflect the nature of digital goods and API-based services.
2. Subscription Refunds
Since we provide a 30-day fully functional free trial, the following rules apply to subscription payments:
- Non-Refundable: Generally, payments for monthly or yearly subscriptions are non-refundable once processed.
- Exceptions: A refund may be considered only if:
- There was a technical error where you were double-charged.
- The service was completely non-functional for more than 48 hours due to a fault on our end, and we failed to resolve it.
- User Error: We do not provide refunds for user errors, such as forgetting to cancel a subscription before the renewal date or if your WhatsApp number is banned by Meta due to policy violations.
3. WhatsApp Wallet Credits
ChatlixAI uses a prepaid wallet system for WhatsApp Conversation Charges (paid to Meta).
Important: Wallet Recharges are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
Why is this?
- Prepaid Nature: Once you add credits to your wallet, they are reserved for your account's usage.
- Transferability: Wallet credits cannot be transferred to a bank account or another ChatlixAI account.
- Usage: These credits do not expire and can be used as long as your account is active.
4. Cancellation Policy
You have the full right to cancel your subscription at any time.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription directly from the billing section in your dashboard or by emailing support@chatlixai.in.
- Effect of Cancellation:
- Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged for the next cycle.
- After the billing cycle ends, your account will revert to the "Free Forever" plan (limited features).
5. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the exceptions mentioned in Section 2, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at billing@chatlixai.in within 7 days of the transaction.
- Include your transaction ID, registered email, and a detailed reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
